PROMOTION OFFERS AND MECHANICS
1. The 4x4 Flash Salepromo runs from March 8 to 10, 2024 only.
2. Participants can earn raffle entries to win a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultrawhen they do any of the following activities at a participating Jeep dealership during the promo period:
a. Earn 1 raffle entrywhen you test driveany Jeep vehicle;
b. Get an additional 5 raffle entrieswhen you reserve a Jeep vehicleduring the promo period; and
c. Get an additional 10 raffle entrieswhen your unit is releasedwithin the promo period.
3. Participants will be awarded raffle entry/entries for each time they perform any of the aforementioned activities within the promo period.
4. Participant must encode his/her personal details in an online registration form by scanning a QR code at the dealership for every raffle entry-earning activity.
5. The online registration form will require the following details from the participant:

6. Deadline for submission of entries is on March 10, 2024, 6:00 PM.
7. Raffle draw date will be on Friday, 15 March 2024, 2:00 PMto be held at IC Automotive Inc., 1008 EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City in the presence of a DTI representative.
8. The prize is a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (512GB | 12GB in Titanium Violet).
9. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by IC Automotive Inc.
10. The prize is transferable but non-convertible to cash.
11. The winner will be announced on the Jeep Philippines website (https://www.jeep.com.ph/en) and on the Jeep PH Facebook page. The winner will also be notified via the provided email address and/or mobile number within five (5) working days after the draw date to confirm complete home address where a registered mail will be sent.
12. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following at his/her Jeep dealership:
a. Two (2) valid government identification cards (IDs); and
b. Registered mail from IC Automotive Inc. as the raffle winner.
13. In case the winner cannot personally receive the prize, they can authorize a representative to receive it on their behalf. The representative must present the following at the winner’s Jeep dealership:
a. Two (2) valid government identification cards (IDs) of the winner;
b. Registered mail from IC Automotive Inc. as the raffle winner;
c. Authorization letter signed by the winner; and
d. Two (2) valid government identification cards (IDs) of the representative.
14. Prize should be claimed within 60 calendar days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of IC Automotive Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
15. 16. Cash savings are only applicable to units reserved during the promo period. Customer must also take delivery of the unit on or before Sunday, 31 March 2024 to avail of the cash savings.
17. All applications qualified for this promotion will undergo standard evaluation and approval process, subject to completion of required documentation. Prices do not include freight and handling for provincial dealers.
18. All participants and the raffle winner grant IC Automotive Inc. and its authorized Jeep dealerships exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on digital channels.
19. Employees of IC Automotive Inc., its authorized Jeep dealerships, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not qualified for the promotion.
20. In case of dispute, IC Automotive Inc.’s decision shall be final in concurrence with DTI. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant laws, government direction, and regulations. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.
